Well, after many failed attempts at trying to get something like this going here is my first shot: its the news headlines, with an appropriate skit added on to it.
I've dropped the stick figures in favour of colorful characters simply because its more interesting, at the moment they do look generic however this will be fine tuned in upcoming editions.
If you like the content of the video, let me know, if not, please also let me know as long as the criticism is constructive and not just a 'your a nub BLAM BLAM BLAM' crap.
Funny, but could improve.
It's very funny! But it could improve graphically. Why not work together with another artist?
The Artwork is Distracting
But, you noted in your comment you know about it and plan to polish it in later episodes, so here's hoping.
The look is the major gripe, and there's a minor one as well: the voices get a bit muddled in spots. I dunno if it's due to an overemphasis on effects vs voice or mic problems or mumbling, but there were 2 spots where it was difficult to hear the dialogue.
The jokes were good though, and the brevity of each bit attained by keeping the action up instead of really drawing out the punchlines serves this well.
Rounded it up to 3 in the vote, as I am interested in seeing more once it's cleaned up a bit.
