Simple, yet good

MochiAds thing was more annoying than useful.

For one, a game that's only 20kb or so doesn't NEED a beefed up preloader like a MochiAds one. Heck, just get a normal NG one. Also, the high score screen that pops up is more annoying than useful, as if you don't expect it, you can restart a game and it'll pop up just after you start. For a tiny game like this, you don't actually need a scoreboard.

If you insist on having a scoreboard of sorts, then at least add a delay after the game over or give the user some warning that a high score display is about to appear.

The game itself wasn't great, either. The background was one colour and the objects were another; simplistic games can be fun, provided they're done properly. This looked more lazy than anything, some form of slightly animated background or more interesting visuals, or even some BG music would improve this.

Also, I noticed very little in the way of differences between difficulties except Insane, and even then the rotations are hardly harder to dodge, just the increased amount of "enemies" is harder. It would be better just to have Easy mode and Hard mode, with the easy mode being your current Hard, and Hard being your current Insane.

The controls were edgy, too, not being able to stop or use diagonals. Some form of instructions would be nice, even if it was just a little box saying "Arrow keys to move, dodge the blue lines" or something.

In short, it's too simple to be much fun, and there's not much to keep anyone occupied. And remove the MochiAds thing. Beefing up the graphics would be a serious bonus, too. I know a game isn't about the graphics, but there wasn't much to call gameplay, either.
