First off, I have to thank you for taking the time to look at this. I know that it isn't very original (nor is it appreciated) to release a Breakout game, especiall considering the amount of variants out there. You reading this shows that you are willing to accept all forms of work, no matter what they are, so thank you for that.
Now for the game. This version of Breakout (lovingly titled "Way of the Brick") has the same basic features as all other variants: bricks, ball, paddle. The game has a simple lives system, and will keep score for you as you play. Currently, there are 5 levels, each adding an extra row of bricks. Finish a level, and the ball will also get a little bit faster, just to keep the challenge alive. Points-wise, you get 10 points per brick you break. Finishing the level will also net you 100 points.
The game is in black and white simple because I felt that it looked better than having a lot of colours sitting around. As I said, it's a no-frills game, so please take this into account when and if you review it.

There have been so many re-creations of this game its just not worth creating. So one half star for being naive. One half star for the game being so boring i wanted to claw my eyes out. Boring of that calibar deserves something. Sorry for being mean.
Good game
As you said in your comments you are aware it's not very original, but it is a good recreation none the less. Very smooth and simple animation and game play. But there are some issues. The levels end before all of the bricks have been hit, and when a level starts the ball sometimes shoots off in an odd direction making it hard to even begin the level. But these are minor problems that can be fixed easily.
Also, if you ever make another you should add upgrades that fall from the broken brick that would make your paddle bigger, or make the ball move slower, or the ball able to penetrate multiple layers of bricks, or even have multiple balls on the screen at once.
Anyway, I hope this review was helpful and I did enjoy playing the game.

i would suggest adding music. Music can make or break a game. Since your game had no music it really seemed more basic and beta than it normally would.
