This is a piece I made for this months animation club screening night.

The theme was pants, and I was thinking about what to do while hanging out with a columbian friend and her kids. I looked at some of the childrens books in spanish and it got me thinking of all those "lets learn another language" school books and how dumb they are... which then led to me making this. I didn't get it finished in time, which is a shame because I really wanted to watch it on a big screen.

I haven't had anyone who speaks spanish watch it yet, and I translated it using a dashboard widget on my mac. I hope it's wrong... that'd be perfect.

Anyway, sit back, relax, watch, enjoy and please leave a review if you feel so inclined.

Perfect for the kiddies!

Your sense of fluid-like animation really appeals to me.
It could probably have a positive effect as a children show.
One made for toddlers and such.
Almost all animation is so 'sharp' on the eyes.
Your cartoons are very easy to watch. Almost relaxing.
That's what I feel is good for kids.
Make is so my good man!

Nearly perfect.

Everytime you animate I always expect pure gold, and this was nothing short of awesome. It's pretty funny, I only took basic Spanish, yet I realized how flawed your speaking abilities were, haha. Don't worry, I didn't count off for that, if anything it added to the humor. It reminded me of Dora the Explorer, only reversed, or a childrens show that is based on the same prospectus.

The ending was very clever, I liked how the children in the background were laughing at the dog. The only thing I took off for was the dog doing trial and error with the pants became pretty redundant after a while. Besides that, the animation, storyline, and voice acting were all highly entertaining. Always a pleasure, Boogley. Keep up the great work!

TheBoogley responds:

Thanks mate, I strangely wanted it to get tedious. I have a dumb sense of humour... :)

The spanish was terrible!

The Spanish is just as bad as you hoped it would be.
For example, "Como esta?" when normally used means "How are you?"

The animation was smooth and the voice acting was great.

TheBoogley responds:

how are you? HOW ARE YOU!!?? X3

TheBoogley responds:

That must be, you know, diferent or special for english speakers, but not to me, maybe 'cause I'm spanish. But I liked the parody concept.
