This is a piece I made for this months animation club screening night.

The theme was pants, and I was thinking about what to do while hanging out with a columbian friend and her kids. I looked at some of the childrens books in spanish and it got me thinking of all those "lets learn another language" school books and how dumb they are... which then led to me making this. I didn't get it finished in time, which is a shame because I really wanted to watch it on a big screen.

I haven't had anyone who speaks spanish watch it yet, and I translated it using a dashboard widget on my mac. I hope it's wrong... that'd be perfect.

Anyway, sit back, relax, watch, enjoy and please leave a review if you feel so inclined.

The voices were so funny and cute, together with the great animations it became brilliantly amusing. Pentalones!

TheBoogley responds:

It's not a patch on your Santa borrows a guitar clip though, that was genious! :D

I respect you!

To be honest, it's great to see some people have the decency to add humor apart from incessant poop jokes and gore. Also great to see I'm not the only onewho was raised off of Muzzy! Good work!

I had never seen muzzy before last night when someone told me this video was like it, but yeah, I was basing it on a kids shows I used to watch. I've watched a bunch of it on youtube now and I'm loving it! :D

Humorous and Muzzy-like

This reminds me of those mini lessons from BBC's Muzzy series. I think it's "Como estoy" not Como está... Because he is really asking if he is wearing them well and not if the pants are wearing him. I think the concept is amusing and fun to watch. You are right about the language videos they tend to use Spain as a model which oddly its as bad as the United States verses the UK. A Spanish video can only work for the intended dialect.

TheBoogley responds:

"Are the pants wearing me?" :3
