DMT:How to read music/tab

I'm sorry for half-assing this, I'm working on a HUGE one covering everything on basic sheet music and tablature.

EDIT: Wow, daily feature? I must say I am completely surprised, I never expected this to pass judgment, let alone get an award! I guess people were wrong when they say all users first submissions get blammed!

======THIS IS INTENDED TO GET NEW MUSICIANS STARTED, THIS ISN'T MEANT FOR ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO READ MUSIC=========

Hello! This is my first real flash project. I decided that I would start doing some flash tutorials on different music subjects, hopefully these get better graphically lol. I hope that this will help someone out there, and it's very good knowledge for any musician (new or old) to know. I don't think that this is the best work I could have done, since I kind of rushed this, but hey, It served it's purpose (I hope lol).

Just like on all my music submissions, I will always read/respond to every review, so please give me some feedback!

All music in this flash is made by me, so if you'd like any creepy ambience music like in the advert, just pm me ;)

UPDATE 1: A lot of people keep commenting on the music overlapping. I've added a stop music button to the main menu, so just click on that!

UPDATE 2: thank you LagGod for your musical knowledge, I made some corrections.

Good video, I encourage anyone who plays to learn how to read musical notation and not just tabulature. Tabs are good to start but reading actual music can really help you with rythem and timing, at least it did for me. Thanks!

i love it

i play music but i dont know any of the notes ill give a 10 /10 for it thank you very much.

Not bad...

Don't know much about bass clef and reading tablature

Very useful for beginners

Nice to see an useful flash here :> Very simple and everything is explained well.

I am a guitarist!

Thank u so much! i never quite figured out how to read sheet music but know i do! You should make a more advanced one for learning stuff like palm mutes on guitar tabs, but it still was a great explanation. Oh, and if 2 numbers are lined up on a tab, that's a chord right? Thanks for your help!*

* I didn't know how to read bass clef either. But the grizzly bear thing has happened once before.**

** JK!

Darkmaster603 responds:

Glad it helped you. I actually am making a more advanced guitar tutorial. It's about 30%, so check back soon!.

When two or more numbers are lined up, it doesn't always mean a chord. It just means play those two notes at the same time
