Edit: Oh Newgrounds... You jerk me around ever so... I guess I'll take you back.

!Please Read Before Viewing!

Hello once again my newgrounds friend! Here is the second half of EP 1. (You should really watch the first one first so you'll know where we're at!) My computer came down with a nasty virus recently and my animation software is acting a bit funny when publishing certain high rez scenes! (Oh NOess!) This means one scene has audio problems, another has glitched symbols, and one is completely unsalvaged. I included apologies in the flash to explain. I'm still submitting this because I think it is a beautiful piece of artwork, so deal with it.

Thank you to my voice actors listed to <---. And of course thanks you to Kingbastard...

Tanis Martin's song "Psycho" can be found out here....

I haven't reviewed for a while, but a friend asked

the intro was absolute "wow this is so cool and dramatic" shit, and i hated it. It was like the Hellsing intro, except terrible and trying too hard.

the voice acting was ok, and i liked the tomamoto bit. the humor was so shitty, like a 12 year old's. "woo you have KRABS!" "let's get baked! (and then let's apologize for the shitty joke so the audience doesn't hate us!)"

the narration was so generic ("and i mean she's good at EVERYTHING")

overall, the whole thing was generic and unappealing. and the art and animation REALLY detracted from it. It's like every character had 25 faces because the author made them devoid of any features AND had shitty art that made a person look fat in one frame and skinny in another.

I agree with NeverZone

It was too childish, the animation *after 9 months* was not s good as you could have made it, and the voices sound phoned in. The music and characters were stereotypical, and the pun was horrible.

Whaaaat . . . ?

What on earth was this supposed to be? It jumped around so much, I felt like I was watching a very bad anime cartoon inside of a clothes drier. Speaking of anime, I'd like to see some people venture outside of that style of animation for once - or at least draw it properly. All I got out of this was that it was supposed to take place in the aftermath of the apocalypse - another immensely overused concept.
Anyway, if humor was your goal, I'm sorry to say that it fell short by a mile. I admit there was at least one part that made me chuckle - the scene where the blond kid was, I guess, having a dream sequence and the butler commented on his own accent. Other than that, though, I was just trying to work out the meaning of the story.
I'm sorry to say that I did not enjoy watching this animation, it was tripping all over itself the whole way, and left me scratching my head at the end. Even if that means I'm not nuanced enough to understand your 'complex' storyline, a good entertainer knows to make his work understandable to all.

every single thing about that was totally cliche. you should just write for pokemon.
