Give me all your reviews and please tell me how it can be improved I will continue with episode 2 when I get hold of adobe for my new mac.
I strive to improve in animation and you can tell I am getting somewhere because of the previous animations i have done "Shaundasheep" username. I have sent this movie in before but it was a bit bad quality so sent in a better one.

Not bad.
Some good and freaky music there. The animation may seem old school, but still looks very fluent & could be the style you can set for the series. I'd say work on the facials of your characters some more & it should be looking pretty sweet. The idea of adding voices feels like a given, but keeping it silent while still being able to tell a story could work, too.
Ugly.
-3 for ugly characters
-2 for ugly backgrounds (Just because you can put a filter in photoshop on a photo doesn't mean you should)
-3 for having animation that looks like you just traced over a video (I'm just gonna' assume you did)
+1 for having fairly smooth despite what I said about it being traced.

wow your movie was ok but the only problem was there facial expressions were blank but otherwise good
Not what I was expecting
With the title "Hard as Cotton" I was expecting the first punch to go straight through him or bounce off of him. That might have made a more interesting story than a Kill Bill style revenge plot. As for the animation, the frame by frame is very impressive and realistic which I know must have taken you a long time to make so I gave you 7/10.

This was not bad, although lacking in animation somewhat, it was still pretty entertaining to watch and I think you have potential, I think this Flash could be improved, and I'd certainly be interested to see the next episode.
Overall, it was an impressive amount of frames for the FPS (Frames Per Second) you were running it at, and the style was quite new.
