Boring. The scenes were prolonged to the point of boredom. There wasn't much animation, and what there was was looped and a lot. There really wasn't a plot. The character design could have been better. You imported an image that you should have just drew and there wasn't anything really catchy.
It was OK for practice, but practice doesn't belong here unless your practice is amazing. It doesn't seem like effort was put into this. If I were your professor, I'd give you a 40%.
So improve your animation (meaning do more than a dance), have movement, have the scenes go by faster, have a real plot, and maybe make your own characters. At the very least make it a parody like egorapter does.
