And all hand animated?!
Bravo, keep up the good work.
Maybe something less time intensive though.
Hello!
This is my newest short film, "Dark Candy."
Synopsis: A little girl doesn't like to eat vegetables. So one night during dinner, she disobeys her mother and ditches her greens to go buy some candy at the candy store. Upon finding out that she can't afford any of the expensive sweets, the Candy Store Owner comes and sells her a box of cheap candy, labeled, "Dark Candy." After she eats the Dark Candy, she finds out that there can be too much of a good thing...
This film took 1 whole year to complete. I drew everything by hand on paper, scanned it into my computer, imported all the pictures in Flash, where I colored, edited, and composited everything, and then I scored the film on Garageband.
Why did I do it like this? Well, 1, I suck at drawing on the computer. 2, I like traditional hand drawn animation better. I just feel I have more control over it, you know?
Well, anyways, hope you like it! I hope it does good in my school's film festival. What do you think?

A YEAR?!
It was all very good, there isn't much I can say here. One thing I'll say is to make the screen a little bigger, since it makes the picture blurry and a little bland.
Neat
Throw a preloader on it, and you've got a really great file here. The animation was well done for the style, and the moral was great. Glad my son's only two so he'll eat whatever since he doesn't know its good for him yet. I liked it. You could easily clean it up in Flash. It you adapt your style to vector, then I think you really got something great here.
