Pretty much what CosmicJester97. This does not make you the best. Just because you say you are doesn't mean that either. What if everybody started thinking they were best because they said so? A good character with Flash will try to be humble and be very critical with his work, because even though it may not be perfect, he or she will always try to make an improvement if they can.
Other than that, I think you got some good potential Flash skills

you seem to have a good understanding of a few of flash's effects. try using them together for a better movie. You defiantly have the basics, just put them together.

Good music! Mysterious video kept me watching.
I probably would have closed the window after 15 seconds or so, but that strange animation of lines kept me curious as to where this is going. Soon, I found myself listening to the music - not bad!
