The graphics look like it was drawn by a kid but that it still okay. Because it was a fun game it kept me entertained for quite a while so nicely done.
Fun but I have a few suggestions...
First I wanna say this was really fun. I like the variety of weapons and the different death animations. That being said I have a few minor suggestions.
1.) Turn the volume down on the zombie's moans a bit, it was kinda loud.
2.) Limit the number of moaning zombies sounds being played at once to like 5 or something because when a bunch of them are on the screen at once it hurts my ears (number 1 also helps with this).
3.) If possible have the little pieces of paper with the tips only pop up during the setup part or when you click on them because it's kinda annoying when you're running around the level.
4.) Move the inventory button to something closer to the rest of the buttons being used (like Q) so you don't have to move your hand off the movement keys to bring the inventory up.
Once again, real fun. You did a great job.
not bad , infact i like it much ....
awesome game all around... a little tough when the muscle zombies showed up... but that just forced me to devise a better strategy.
the best tip i can give:
stack your barricades in an L shape (either desks or the concrete things, one standing up and one flat right next to it) stand in the corner of the L and hold E. This will heal both at the same time and protect from both sides.
oh, and to the creator:
there is a glitch that lets you jump infinitely if you're touching any wall, floating above the zombies and raining death down on them. It's not game-breaking, but pretty cheap.
A few problems though. I won't bug you with a massive list since i'm sure you don't feel like adding that many features so i'll tell you the one thing you can fix to make this game much better:
Include some way you can walk past your barricades and increase the maximum number of barricades in the multi-level levels. I hate getting stuck behind the barricades at the end of the level and be forced to wait for that last crawling zombie to get to me. After the last call I could leave my protective barrier and go finish them off easily. And the multi-level levels are redundant because I always go to the only dead end and set up shop there. There's no retreating upstairs from one barrier to the next like there should be. And enemies should only come from the ground floor.
And if you have time: Some weapons are underpowered, mercs are overpriced, and your health doesn't recover between levels/I have no way of getting to the health packs the zombies drop!
Still love it though! Fix it up and it's going in my fav's.
