It shows promise
It sounds a lot of promise, like the others said. Needs vocals, more music playing but at a softer volume during talking scenes. Also found that the music that did play was quite soft when really music shouldn't be that soft. Also you putting together so many different graphics that it looks quite messy. Should try to get the graphics to blend together. The jpeg talking images looks horrible when place with the fuzzy picture background and same for the game character rips.
Maybe look for game background rips as it should look better with the game character rips. The talking images can stay but should try to tiny them up with photoshop or find better quality ones.

You've got must of the fundamentals for a good flash but it would be nice if you
Put in some vocals
Checked for grammatical errors before submitting
Use more movement(or give us the choice of clicking next so we dont have to wait for dialogue to creep by)
Just a few things im pointing out.
Im sure you could do better.
