Hey.. Something I actually tried to put time into.

This was going to be for a portfolio Im making for the Art Institute of Houston, but after watching this, ask me if it would be a good Idea too submit to them.
Soooo... Yes! I'm about to graduate highschool, whoopie.

this was done in 2 months.

I admit to really liking this at first. It was just great to see this goofy, surreal stuff. I do admit that it wasn't as good later on. I still enjoyed most of it. The animation was really funny. I'm glad you at least acknowledge the problem with the lip sync.

That gets annoying. I guess I wasn't expecting anything THAT violent. Then again, it was pretty cool. It wasn't even dark humor. It was just darkness.

Pete-the-poe responds:

HAHA, Its horrible. but in a very nice way.. whats different about it than usual? I was going for a disturbing feel for people that watch it.

This cartoon is fucking awesome, I don't care what anybody says. Sure the animation is a little bad, but who gives a fuck?

Have you seen the cartoon Hey, Dickface? it goes for about 5 seconds, the animation in that was shit, but it was funny enough to make the favourites of JohnnyUtah and TomFulp (like it says in it's description)

It's a gem. Rock on Man!

I liked the beginning; I thought it was pretty funny... But then it just got... unnecessary, I guess would be the best word to describe it. "You broke my window. I'm going to murder you."

But yeah, keep this out of your portfolio. Try making something simple, and try making it more quickly (if possible; if you're new to Flash, then 2 months is okay for something like this, I suppose). Walk cycles, simple conversations, things like that. Unless they're asking you for something specific. Try to go for something less unnecessarily gory, and stay away from the sex jokes, too.

The animation that you did do was pretty good. I can see you going on and getting better. If you really stick to animating, you'll improve very quickly.
