Not too bad.
Under normal circumstances I don't really like uncolored, anime style animations...but yours is above average at least in that.
Consider coloring it, and making the text scenes longer. I couldn't read the first speech bubble at all, it was so tiny, neither of them had nearly enough time to read them all the way through.
Oh, and in the word you were looking for is "altar" not "alter".
