FOG Episode 1

Hey everyone!

This is the first game in my horror game series "FOG", a series strongly inspired by the amazing "Silent Hill" games. FOG ep. 1 is a point and click/horror/puzzle game, in which you have to think and solve puzzles to survive the brutal "Spiritville Forest".

Thanks for playing!

NOTE: The game might take a while to load on some computers.

For your very first game, this is pretty decent. I am a bit confused as to how a forest would "swallow" me if I took a wrong path and why would a gigantic eye seeing me and making me feel weird would end the game. Asides from that, I like the setting of this game and noticed that the very first area of the forest uses the exact same picture that LefflerWebDesign used for his final area in Goliath the Soothsayer, except it's in black and white instead of being in color. Nice job!

Poor backstory, horrible idea to draw the active spots with paint, even worst the fact of putting dead ends here and there so that going on with the game becomes a matter of luck. This game is a waste of time.

I don't know, it took me 7 seconds to complete it, just lucky I guess. I was expecting much more and much more fog. I mean what the hell was going on in that forest? What's the backstory, if there is one?

Oh my, oh my my, this game, This is the "MOST ORIGINAL" game I have seen on newgrounds, the photo realistic backgrounds, and the art, must have taken weeks to make just one, and the forest eating you like a Communist eats a fig newton was best way to end the game, or would be if not for the all seeing eye of Spiritville, the all seeing eye that see you, BECAUSE IT IS A EYE! I find it hard to see any game matching this games level of originality, or ingenuous use of horror. Why even arise couldn't do both even 1.5 times out of 10 better then this game.
