For those of you who have never been, this is EXACTLY what going to therapy is like... every time.

UPDATE 3: Front page! Special thanks to the crew and everyone at NG.

UPDATE 2: Daily 3rd! Awesomeness. Thanks to everyone on NG.

UPDATE 1: The easteregg has been fixed... in the sense that I moved it to the credits page, so now you can find it there if you are looking.

Hey everyone, hope you enjoy our latest Sketched submission, a lot of hard work went into this one so let us know what you think.

p.s. Easter egg?! Yep! It's nothing really mind blowing, moreso a reason for me to practice some more of my action scripting, but its there none the less.

Till next time, Enjoy.

The voices remind me a lot of home movies. Great job make more. Its really really funny stuff Oh and shrinks really are like that they think they know it all hahaha

sirjeffofshort responds:

Haha. Another Home movies comment? Sweet. I like to think we are doing our own thing though, even if it is similar in style. I know what your saying about shrinks, the funny thing is that often times they are more messed up than anyone I know.

Thanks for the review.

Oh my god, the animation was perfect in my opinion for the subject. And it reminds me of Home Movies, but the situations are a bit crazier than Home Movies. Thanks for making my day better with this flash. Keep on making them!

Weekly nro 1

Nice work. Usually flashes here on newgrounds are based on 1 joke or just randomness, but your movie mostly resembled a real tv-episode from Steinfeld, Frazier etc. The story was fully build with beginning and ending, dialogue well written and characters had some sort of character.

Without looking you credentials I can tell you have the right mindset for serious work in this kind of buseness. I'm a 6th year student at literary study and have seen hundreds of such short movies. In my opinion: Weekly best, definately.

You could propably loose some of the crazyness of the character (the psyciatrist mainly) to make it more real and to make a stronger point. Audience here at newgrounds is mainly teenagers seeking for laughs, so its kind of propriate here - but you could aim for more serious (and yet ever more funny) dialogue. Some tragic elements could power up the humor.

sirjeffofshort responds:

Wow man, what a great review. Most of us are in the industry one way or another so its nice to know that a certain amount of professionalism shows. Our goal is, one way or another, television. Whether it be with this series or any of our other endeavors, so I'm really happy to hear such a positive review in that aspect.

Your suggestions are well noted. We could probably have toned it down a little for this short, but we decided to go all out wacky with the character, just for fun. I'll certainly take your suggestions into account for future cartoons.
