Mother and Grandia is two of my favorite game series ever. i was bored and then i had that idea, won't be cool Ness using Sky Dragon Slash? now that i made that i know that it really is cool.
i wanted to put more things to that but i'm too lazy.

im sorry for the desync that occurs with some people, actually to test the sync i had to do it on a 150x100 resolution so i hadn't any desync. my PC sucks more than yours, believe me.

Decent Earthbound Short
The animation and graphics were average, but nothing special. The "lip syncing" worked well and you were able to successfully merge the two games. One big issue that I noticed was that the bat disappeared from his hands in the middle of the move only to reappear later in the next scene.
My biggest piece of advice would be to add length. As you said "i wanted to put more things to that but i'm too lazy." If this had been a full length movie with some character development and backstory (for example, I have no idea who the move was being performed on), this would be a much better submission.
Also, I would polish up the HUD and intro screen but those are minor issues.

For the mos part it was good. but work on the frame time.

Actually the audio and video have a good timing but i added so many objects using alpha, tweens and stuff that on most pc's the video goes slow, and mess with the animation. (it happens with my pc too when i use high quality).
