There. Now that I've said that, I'll say this: You've got potential. There's a few things you could do to improve the product, however.

First and foremost, you should look into learning to script a pre-loader. You say this is your first flash, so it's understandable that you might not know how to code one, but it's definitely something you should look into.

Secondly, this specific piece would have been helped a lot if you'd bumped the Frames Per Second up a bit, and add more frames to pad out the length. It's moving far too slowly. At first, I'd thought it was just an issue with the animation trying to play without fully loading, thus lagging, but the file's only two megs.

As far as the problems with audio goes, you can find various sound effects, including effects from the game itself, scattered online. Check the sites you got the sprites from, and expand your search from there. As far as music goes, if you want the stuff from the actual game, you can likely find it online as well. Alternately, you can go through the Audio Portal here on Newgrounds and find a ton of great music spanning lots of wide-reaching genres that people have created and released for free use in non-commercial projects.

As a last bit of advice, skip the "gina punch!"es or "imma kill you ho!!!"es in future projects. It doesn't matter how great your animation abilities are, if your stuff comes out reading like you have a loose grasp of written English and can't keep yourself from swearing in every other sentence, you're not going to make it far up the Portal ladder. I don't say that with the intent to be offensive, mind, as it's entirely possible you're not a native English speaker.

But that said, if you 'do' have difficulties with written English, you should consider getting someone else who speaks and reads/writes the language to help you out by actually writing the scripts. And if you 'are' a native English speaker, try to put a bit more effort into the writing yourself.

All that said, with all the problems that are obviously here, I still voted you up to a three. You've got potential, and the animation 'did' entertain me on some level. But I think with a bit of practice(and maybe some help writing out the stories) you can do much better.

P.S.
If you're having problems with Flash crashing, make sure your system surpasses the minimum required tech. specs for the program. If your comp doesn't meet those requirements, you're boned until you can upgrade your machine.

On the other hand, if it does meet or surpass the minimum system requirements it's possible you've got some corrupted data somewhere. Back-up your works in progress, and try re-installing the program. It might also help to do a quick scan for viruses and the like.

That isn't to say you don't have potential alo of people have started with less. Animation wise for a first time you learn good. The animation was too slow though and it was just plain boring.

So-so, but tehre are some problems. The main one is the terrible frame rate which means that some people won't even bother getting past the 'killing time productions' part. The other main irritant is the words. Don't use text/chat speak, say 'you' instead of 'u', and try to use proper capitalisation and punctuation. As for audio? Sorry, I don't know the first thing about flash so can't help you there. However, I'd say you need to get audio before your work gets taken seriously, but the main problem at the moment is the framerate.
