good, but not great.
saw a bunch of typos and special effects could use some more work (then again i reviewing after you released 4 but still).
a 7/10. still good to watch.

ooooooooooooooooooook. This is episode 3. I think i'm getting better at this. I havent really figured out how many episodes I want to have, most likely 10. I've already planned out how this story will end I just need to figure out how to expand it into at least 10 to 8 episodes. Also, if I get more fans for this series I have a spin-off series in mind sooooooooooo yea...until then, enjoy episode 3.

EDIT:while making episode 4 I found a serious sound problem so I'd appreciate it if anybody could help. Sometims when I have a sound in the timeline, it'll start playing on the frame right before it's supposed to start on. if you're confused: Let's say on frame 1, there's no sound but on frame 2 I play a song. well when I play the scene, for some reason the song starts on frame 1 and when I got to frame 2 the song starts over and plays when it's supposed to. If anybody can figure out exactly what's wrong, please PM me

No a bad piece of animation
its just you save the sprites and backgrounds as Jpeg that really lets its down
My advice would be is to re find all of the sprites and backgrounds and save them as a PNG file
remeber when using Sprites always save as a PNG file

Animation: 9/10 Fluid again. It would have been nice if the boat traversed the ocean the way a real boat would, though, with slight up and down movements.
Graphics: 5/10 That boat was more believable than the clouds from part two, I suppose.
Audio: 8/10 Some of the sound effects were a bit loud and somewhat annoying.
Humor: 7/10 Hahaha, silly Tails, that's not how you kill someone! The part with Amy and Creme, on the other hand, was just random and completely out of character.
Characterization: Cream is supposed to be a sweet, innocent little girl. She would be more likely to have a heart attack if someone cursed infront of her than curse herself.
Knuckles would have been pretty pissed off if Shadow actually broke off a piece of the Master Emerald, put it in a ring, and gave it to Rouge (though that may have been why he attacked her during her story).
Suggestions/Other: This is rated M, for Mature. You include things such as prostitution and rape, so why censor some harmless curse words?
How was that boat moving, anyway? They didn't have a sail, and they weren't rowing or anything...
Overall: 8/10, 4/5

1. Yea the boat could've been better but I couldn't find any sprite boats so I had to make one and as you could tell, i'm not the best drawer.
2. All audio mistakes and choppy animation are things that I have no clue how to fix. I've tried tutorials and for the mot part they've helped but they don't help with everything, i'm still kinda new at this XD but I do believe I get better with each episode.
3. I don't think it should've had an M rating, they told me what kind of content it had and the site gave it an M rating I thought it shoulda been rated T
4. You'll find out more about how the master emerald was split into pieces in future episodes
5. I made Cream out of character on purpose. I never really liked her so I decided to give her a funnier, less annoying personality. Basically I made Amy the dumb leader and Cream the smart sidekick. It's kind of like Zap Brannigan and Kiff Krocker from futurama only Cream doesn't hate Amy

I haven't seen part 1 or 2 (assuming there is a part 1 or 2) so I didn't understand what was going on. However, just watching this movie I feel I am able to give a review. The animation..... not quite animation, ummm, the... pictures that still sprite Jpegs that change into different Jpegs once in a while... Ya that rolls right off the tongue. Anyhow it felt really dated and not up to the times. I thought we were past this kinda stuff since the year 2000? That aside the story which I didn't understand seemed a bit boring and I don't know if this is supposed to be serious or all humor but I didn't find anything funny at all.
All of that being said I think you did a great job at trying to tell a story and even though this is a very old style of animating you did it well and it was somewhat enjoyable. I don't think I am going to check out the first two parts but you should continue because I'm sure sonic fans will get a kick out of it. I hope you can accept my critique and not write it off by saying, "shutup" or something stupid. I give you a 3/5

LOL yea I didn't understand most of the first paragraph especially the part about "old style animation" so im gonna assume u mean me using sprites instead of hand(or mouse)drawing everything. Well my drawing sucks the only thing I'd be able to do are stickmen animations if I didnt do sprites.
2. Really? the story's that boring huh? well some stuff kinda foreshadows future events(like eggman's death) but the story becomes more clear in every episode just like how in the next one I'll explain more about how Eggman died and how the Sonic Clone was made. I hope u keep watching
