Woohoo

Alright, I can't rate you for the animations. I am not an animator myself, and I have no clue how to do such thing.
BUT-
I will rate funnyness, as a viewer. And comedian (Even if I say so myself, puu puu)
Well. To be very honest, I didn't smile at most of them, yoshi pooping Mario out - not funny, the flower dancings - not funny (enough).
But: Mario VS Luigi, was hillarious, at least. I laughed. The squid humping Mario was made funny by the little music. That's what did it. Luigi falling over the shell was funny. As that is what would happen in real life, but not in the game. His head being chopped off however just made me giggle. I mean, chuckle. ahem.
So I will rate this a.

A mediocre grab-bag at best.

I personally don't care much for the random minis genre of flash, though I do enjoy some good random humor from time to time. The majority of the skits fail to conjure even a chuckle, usually due to poor timing. This style of flash thrives on quick pacing, yet this work feels sluggish.

I suggest going back to drawing board and figuring out ways to punch this up a few notches.
