Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of January we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 177 people to reach our January goal of 3,000 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in February!

The stickfigure follows you, but don't press the spacebar. If you do, be ready to move!

And the point is

I do not understand what it is I am suppose to be doing. I walk, and walk, and walk, and walk, and eventually decide to press the forbidden space bar. I shot a missile. How fun -_- I kept playing it to try and understand the point. You should have put in instructions. If you lose by pressing space then it is not very challenging because all you need do to move is move the mouse. Fail.

Way to go Dan, I like it.

Fun, but too easy!

It is very simple game, and I like it. For me the smoke only appeared for a few seconds and then the rocket just moved around without any smoke. Try having it keep no more than a certain number of smoke particles active at once, and make sure they are being deleted properly when they expire.

14StoryDesign responds:

yeah I really wanted to leave the smoke but the number 22 fps frame rate was messing it up and the alpha motion tweening too. To make it harder I am going to add in some obstacles to avoid and the stick figure is going to do some more stuff too. Thanks!

Only one thing and it would be 10 stars

Nice! Although as other users have mentioned the smoke/missile sequence it very processor heavy. Top showed 105% usage. This simple game is maxing out one of my 2.4 ghz cores plus a little on the other, not good. Other than that it is great for what it is. 10 stars if you can cut down on the processing. I guess I can give it a 9.5.

Thanks for the input. There seems to be a big difference in running the swf locally and running it live online in the browser. Not sure why? Anyway, I made more changes to speed it up and lower and flash interpreter load. I think it is running cleaner now

I like it when i get the uy killed XD
