A pretty good game.
This game was a good one a little short kinda easy but a it was good for a beginner. Make sure in your next game you make it longer with more things to figure out. But you did a good job!

I thought of this game at 2:00 in the morning. the original concept was to just make an escape the house game. i tried making a game like that and i got really confused scince i am still a begginer. AND IT IS POSSIBLE TO BEAT!!!!!
walkthrough
1. Click on the door to walk into the house.
2. go into the kitchen. in the kitchen you will see bloddy footsteps going up to a knife.put your curser over the knife and read what it says. this will come in use later.
3. click on the right side of the screen from the kitchen.
4. you will now be in a bedroom. click on the botton of the screen.
5. you are in the bathroom. you will need to leave the bathroom and when you come out of it you will see blood leading towerds the door.
6: follow the blood into the kitchen. take the knife of the counter.
7: go back into the T.V room
8: YOU WIN!!!

I always try to favor games, because I think they present a tougher challenge than just animating.
I'm not saying this flash submission couldn't stand some improvement, but I do think you got a raw deal on the voting.
A good effort.
Some people are being too critical of this. In fact, someone's being an idiot and upping the 0s and downing the 10s. Anyway, I know that this game is pretty simplistic. HOWEVER, a game doesn't have to be complicated to be good. I found this pretty intriguing, and when I saw the exorcist face, I jumped (and I know everyone else did, too, whether they said they did or not). Well, if this game were a bit longer and had animations in it, I may have given this one or two more stars. But this is still a good effort and, hey, you've got nowhere to go but up. Good luck on your future projects.
Needs to be more scary
Small scary flashes while walking through the house, things jumping out of closets or from under the bed, the sound of your heartbeat or sudden sounds without any cause. A storyline... surprise... anything...
Horror is hard to do, and this just misses

You little bastard, I went in the bathroom and came out and was like wtf, then you do that fucking creature thing, damn you, still funny and good even though other people said it wasn't. (They probably pissed their pants, lol)
