God, i didn't even know this would pass judgement, but it did. I didn't voice Charlie here though, it was a sound clip. Mr. T too.
I used the Surfin' Bird song because I saw it on Family Guy.

Mr.T wears chains. The lack of chains ruined it for me. Also, it was boring.

I don't care much about Mr. T, but to draw him would take lots of detail, so i found a picture of him on the internet and just drew from there.
