Score points by typing the correct target letter shown on the screen. The faster you type the letters the more points you receive for each letter typed. If you type a certain amount of letters in a row correctly you receive a bonus multiplier for every letter typed correctly. If you type too slow you will lose your bonus. If you type a letter incorrectly you will lose your bonus, be deducted a certain amount of points and the sunrise will proceed backwards.

When the sun has reached the top of the screen you will have won the level. Each level has fewer letters to achieve the sunrise with. If you run out of letters before the sun has risen you lose the game.

Hope you enjoy it and it helps you type better.

This game reminds my of an old PopCap games game, called Typer Shark. I used to play it all the time about four years or so ago. I completely forgot about it until now. Thank you deadlygeek, thank you.

It just didn't respond to anything :S
Maybe it's because I have a AZERTY keyboard

Actually, I'm practising the touch system atm. So this nice flash comes just right now. Favorited!
Perhaps the current character is a little too big, so no 10 points.

Nice game

I like those kind of games. They help me to improve my typing skills. It is pretty well executed, too. No lags at all and the background graphics are nice to look at, too.

However, I got stuck on the second level. The game did not recognize me typing the colon (:). I don't know if this is an error in the game itself or if it has to do that I use the german keyboard layout. The latter seems unlikely, though because the game DID recognize me typing 'y' and 'z' when I pressed the letters on the keyboard (those two are switched in the german and the english layout).

thanks for the feedback. as for the colon bug - that's not something I thought to test for. I'm going to have to do some research about that. Have you had any problem like that with other Flash Typing games?
