The Tower is a defence game. You stack up defensive blocks and use spells to protect your main heart block.

I suggest normal difficulty first, if you find that too hard after a few goes trying out different strategies maybe drop back to easy.

Rich mode is just for mucking around at the start to build a tower however you want. Only play this after you've played the game properly.

General Tips -

- Flying won't attack your heart if it's not in line with them, but will pose a threat if you build high. So be careful.
- Cannons work better the higher they are. There range & accuracy is based on there height as you will see.
- Try to use a bit of everything, don't stick to just defensive, or just offensive.

You could call this game a "Tower Defence" but it really isn't at the same time :P a little twist on the genre in a way you'll see :)

Nice

Its like a tower defence game seems like its pretty fun but the game becomes really hard really fast, you have some nice graphics in this and the idea is fun, I have enjoyed this game here

~X~

I started playing on easy difficulty and at round 38 i lost and died. << this is when I realized I could buy spells and upgrade my sword while in battle. x_x

I like this game, but it has some major lacks. The following list is of improvements and features I'd like to have in a game like this:
-Choice to go back in levels, possibly to earn money.
-Option to sell or remove old blocks.
-Some form of description of the spells and blocks could be nice.
-Spells and sword not having to be activated during battle.

Oh dear I guess I should have made the tutorial more clear with the spells and swords. Though you did well for not knowing that! Thanks for the review and the suggestions :)

amazing

Its one of those games that doesnt get wicked frustrating but is still difficult. Tower defence with a twist.

Exactly tried to make a different take on it! :)

Really Good

The graphics, especially the weapons and blocks, are simple in an extremely satisfying kind of way, and the animation and sound form a nice picture of what's going on. The sound effects get a little annoying and some are odd, but overall it's good. it could have used more diverse music, though. The gameplay was very fun! I loved customizing my own tower, and when it started out symmetrical it ended up becoming really wonky. The system of leveling up weapons and different strength blocks was simple and easy to grasp, and the gameplay was pretty raw.

My only complaints are that the game becomes really hard really fast, and that it's hard to browse the weapons to see how each one works when you can only look at them and purchased them during a wave. Also, it was kind of difficult swerving the mouse down to one section to select a certain weapon. Keyboard shortcuts would have been welcome.

I also noticed a glitch. At around the 43rd level, I was taken to the screen to prepare for the next wave while the previous wave was still attacking me! I couldn't attack back, since I was only able to place blocks, but I was able to win by successively clicking Next Wave until it said I had completed the last one. When trying to return to the main menu, though, I couldn't, and the winning screen kept popping up.

Despite the kinks, I really enjoyed this game and thought the system was simple, easy to use, and very tactical.
