You could have spent some more building up some form of tension. Now it's just a teddy bear walking up to a few dolls. Make a small scene storyboard or something - you got most of the animation already, just need a few more scenes to get the message accross realy.

Yes normally I create storyboards for school projects, but it was more to try the actual animating.
I will try to create a better story for next one ;)
