Get dressed in the correct order to experience this love story and its ending.
After decades of searching, studying and working, my life's work is finally complete.
Thanks to the 2009 IGF
I can finally understand what innovative games are.
Behold our tribute to the true pioneers of gaming, those selfless souls that never cease in their hard working self promotion
I give you : PIEF, a minor insignificance compared to the masterpiece that is the graveyard but unfortunately it is the best our meagre skills can achieve.
Creator's Statement :
A dress up game, whereby when an item is chosen, a small poetry window is displayed evoking memories associated with that piece of clothing.
After dressing, you will be scored 0-100%, depending on the order of clothing clicked ; 100% is given for the correct order of the "story".
The story is about time travel (symbolised by Travis, the Moonstar), longing and missed opportunities.
"If only I wore brown that day maybe he would have noticed me."
It is also, of course, a gay love story.
I was gonna say, 'the clothes don't make a difference,' but then I read the last sentence. That's gotta be the most risque gay flash I've ever seen. I didn't think much of the poetry, but it was consistent in style and message so that's good. Dress-ups, meh, but you added a new element to the genre with the whole story line dealie, so good on ya.
We wanted to do it in polari but decided it would be too inaccessible.
