Whoops

It was slightly entertaining but you really need a bit of a story line and a bit of voices maybe that would maybe help a little

Its decent

the animation is a bit rigid. so I'm giving it a 4 for that and for gross overuse of DBZ sound effects

Much work is needed

Ok, so it wasn't bad, but there needs a ton of work.

A. Stick figures. Yes people can do funny stuff with them, however they need to actually move like humans. Disintegration should be short, yet shouldn't just magically consume characters. Even though it is a flash, matter is never destroyed. If he turns into dust, have his dust flow with the wind or something.
B. Your explosion on the head? Just like the disintegration. The head just disappeared, and red lines popped out. I think you know what to do.
C. What's with the laser? You seem to enjoy that lol...

Just needs work, but you have some skills.
