Interesting art direction, it's very unique and fits the concept well... can't wait to see more from it, I love a good Zombie movie.

You may want to make the characters' expressions a little bit more exaggerated, and maybe some eerie background noise.

also, I couldn't tell if there was a preloader, but if there wasn't then that would explain the choppyness.

Not the best animation...but not a bad flash. And since it's your "first completed flash" I'm guessing you're just starting, so I didn't rate too harshly. And I definitely can't do any better. I can't wait for the series, if you decide to make it.
