Playable game
This is fun but not for long. Try adding some different sounds, weapon upgrades and better blood graphics.

Drag the mouse to rotate the gun.
Press the mouse to fire the bullets.
If the bullets hit the enemy you score a point.
If the enemy hits a pigeon the enemy gets one point.
If the enemy gets 10 pionts the game ends.
If the time exceeds 30 seconds you go to next level.

You get two stars for the fact that it works, but really this is nothing like games such as "Damn Birds". Fair enough, your not as good as them and everyone needs to start somewhere, but I think that this can be improved.
If it was me, I wouldn't know exactly what to do with it, but the idea is not original at all. I would give you constructive criticism, but thats like doing so with a piece of paper with a man on it.

try making upgrade for your gun, different enemies that are harder to kill or stuff like that.
