Interesting

For some reason I like the idea of the flash.

Humor- 5/10 The law itself is hilarious and intriguing, do UK citizens really go out of their way to run down an animal? -.-

Graphics- 5/10 Not great, but not too bad, the goat was cute though. You could add a little more scenery to make the flash more stronger.

Sound- 6/10 The sound was okay really, at times it was choppy and loud. (Or it could be that my speakers were too loud.)

5- Still a decent flash, I bet if you keep working on it it'll get better :)

Just slow down the wheels and leave the animal alone,or scare it with the horn so it can go away of the road - no need to chase and terrorize it :]

interesthing fact

First: Watch the sound! I hardly heard the man talking.
Second: the graphic is not too bad, especially the coat and the character are simple made but good, everyone love stick men ^^.
And too finish:Overall I like it, it's not perfect of course, but not that bad, eith a good concept.

and alway remember, practice is the key too everything.

Great idea with lots of untapped potential

I hope a year or two down the track when you've become really excellent in Flash, you revisit this idea and go all out on it. You know with epic music, slow motion as the car flies through the air, people flying through the air in its wake etcetera. With an idea like this at its core, I predict that would be an easy 5/5 10/10, and a daily first.

Meh...

Sorry but the concept was good - just poorly executed.
