Good Points:
I liked the art style and voice overs were pretty good too!
Story line was interesting and it had a nice change of pace too.

Improvements:
When the characters are talking perhaps put more different motions in to make it look more like they are saying what they are saying eg. During sentences with the letter O they need to have a 'circle' mouth, and with L you could show the tongue touching the roof of the mouth.

Also general movements such as walking running etc can be improved too.

Overall great job! I enjoyed watching it!

Very nice

For a first animation it is very impressive... Make me LOL!
I really love the original RE Nemesis game and this is a great spoof, nice humor but it is very short.
Voice acting is superb!
