The old church at the edge of God-forgotten small village, full of spiders, lizards and other creatures. Monk Foma has a few candles and some holy water. That is everything that will help him to live till dawn.

Nice concept

I like the concept I must say but I found the game interface a little difficult to adapt to. Firstly, there's a slight delay between the mouse click and the throwing of holy water. During this delay, if you move the cursor, your little dude throws holy water at the cursor's new location, rather than at the place where you originally clicked. This prevents you from moving the mouse until the holy water is actually thrown, if that makes any sense. It makes it difficult to target the next enemy, I'm not sure if this was your intention. Secondly, it's not clear (to me, anyway) how many candles you need to lose in order to lose the game. Maybe this is mentioned somewhere, I might have missed it. Apologies if this is the case.

It's a cool game, nice work, if you can clear these things up for me, I reckon it would be even better ;)

fun, though it feels like it's missing something....probably could have used something that would give it more of a replay value like upgrades n' stuff. This is more of like a one-time-play.

Major control problem

According to the instructions, the mouse is supposed to turn the player. In playing, the player character WOULD NOT TURN. At all. He stayed stubbornly flicking holy water off to the right, so the Flash is receiving mouse clicks.

I recommend taking this down and fixing this very serious bug and resubmitting.

Also, I couldn't hear any sound or music; I'd recommend selecting and incorporating that for a better score.

The graphics are to the point and reasonably nice, btw. Just fix the controls and add some sound, and you'll have a good variant on the turret shooter genre.


It has promise of being a good game but the mouse does nothing but shoot, he never turns, after clicking help there is no way to start the game. Fix these all-important errors and try again.


It took too long to shoot, so I couldn't rotate until the projectile was already gone. This meant I couldn't accurately fire very quickly, and I died quite fast.
