I'm glad this is done.
This is the most work I've done on Flash of my own free will. Thank you newgrounds but more importantly the people of newgrounds for all the help wiht ninja penguin 1. They wanted a story, so now that takes up more than half the movie. You wanted more detail so I did a little work on that. You wanted some things to ne fbf and I reluctantly did. I added motion, sound, and length. Now I did it and I like it. Here it is, ninja penguin 2, the streets.
!!Warning: This movie has a lot of motion tweens! I realize this may be unacceptable to some!!

this was the first time I wrote the script beforehand. Also, the voice actor is a great guy.

it was hilarious but i think you should just clean up the animation a bit
