Much harder to play due to the pulsating dots, all to bait the player into thinking there's a chick under it all. I think you spoiled it with the E rating.

Basically the game souped-up a bit, along with a harder mode of play
Much worse than the first two, not only was there little to no change in concept, but the dots flashing about was harsh on the eyes.
Yawn...
I know this is an old game but it's been done to death even at the time. Also the circles are kind of dizzying to look at. Overall, it's just a been there done that kind of game. If your going to make a game like this however at least add some decent powerups and backgrounds and whatnot.
