Um...well, this isn't completely correct, but I did do this at 4:00 AM before the project was due.
Let me explain--I had to turn in a project for my Latin II class, so I made a short Flash of Cupid and Psyche, because it's one of my favorite Roman myths. THere's a bit of Latin--I should've put more, but whatever--in there, so, um, yeah, sorry if anyone can't read it.
Off the top of my head, here are some translations:
"Ubi sum?" -- Where am I?
"(Sanctus) Stercum!" -- (Holy) Crap!
"Pater" -- Father
"Mater" -- Mother
"Avus" -- Grandfather
"Mea uxor" -- My wife
Yeah, this is actually the first time I've ever used Flash (ha, like you can't tell), so, please don't falme me, complaining about how bad it is.
I'm a noob. Of course it'll suck. I do, of course, take constructive criticism ^.^ But don't be rude, okay?

Not bad for your first flash, not bad at all. I have a mythology project due in a few days and I needed to read the story of Cupid and Psyche, but I was too lazy to look for it yet; low and behold, I stumble upon this and now I have a general concept (even I couldn't read some of the challenges Psyche had to do) of the story.

im being gentle for a first flash (you have some skill, but odd, unlikeable ideas). normally this would see a 2 or 3 due to good animation, but you need something original with sound. if i wanted to see a greek fable, i would read a direct translation. you need to come up with something with originality. anyone who has taken an english class has probably read a greek fable (i read Antigone, and i loathed it from front to back page) and hasnt been impressed enough to turn it into a flash. and dont look up greek in the search bar, for some odd reason, it brings up porn ( _!_ whoever made that brilliant system)
my point is few people want to see a repeat. try something new, maybe a spinoff of a battle in some greek fable (if you take that route, go more for action, less for accuracy) and do something eciting or funny.
good idea for a first flash
Very solid first flash. Not many of those actually have a storyline. This was thought out, and somewhat humorous. MUCH better than just a stupid stick movie.
7/10 for a good first!

flash is generally for animation, i feel that there was too much reading involved in this flash, im pretty sure the idea of flash is to animate a story rather than write one
even so, the words moved to fast i could read about half of what you wrote
