The only ounce of truth in this clip was that the Holocaust was a wakeup call to the world that something had to be done about anti-Semitism in Europe.
Benjamin Netanyahu summed it up well when he said (paraphrasing) "People say that without the Holocaust there would be no Israel. However, had there been Israel at the time, there never would have been a Holocaust."

Israel was created through the UN and the Jewish people's desire to return to their land. Another great place to go was America. But finally, the Jewish people had gotten what so many others had: a homeland.
