This is NOT Super Meat Boy!

Its simply the flash prototype that Super Meat Boy was based off of.
SMB, will play very differently and is 100% new.. what im saying is if you even slightly enjoy the prototype, you will LOVE SMB!

Fantastic game...

So...this game is really awesome.
I've got 4 bandaids left (I'm pretty good at it) but those impossible levels...some of them, you weren't kidding.
They seem almost exactly that - impossible. Just when I think I'm about to beat it, a rocket flies from the top of the screen and murders me. Every time. With no hope for cover. And Drunken Prom Date?!? 'nuff said.
Anyway, what's the last unlockable? I have 4 bandaids left and about 1 ounce of patience before I have to check into a mental institution.
Other than that (and the touchy controls -_-), really fun game. Stick with it for a while and you really get a good hold on the controls.

Great expansion :P I am confused by the reviewer who gave you a 5 just below me...

1) have you played the original game?!?!?! if so the first bunch of levels should be really easy
2) HAVE YOU PLAYED THE ORIGINAL!? it is the same game with user made levels... and maybe you shouldnt grade it on difficulty but presentation if you dislike platformers!

thanks for putting this together :D I love user made material

Most shitest sequel

The first original one was way better. Firstly the levels were way easier and the starting off levels were easy as hell to be not frustrating. While this expansion contains most frustrating, longest levels. Even fro the starts it's frustrating as hell. On every level I've done and I only went up to level 3 and I know there is a level selector but I think it's not worth it because if I skip a certain level and go on to the next one it will be certainly even more harder so what's the point. Every level I've done took me about 10 or more tries to complete it which made me mad so I quit quickly so my brain cells won't start dying. I hate games like these, they are long and too hard for people like me. Even though the concept was awesome the levels were shit. Next time don't let people make levels as they will probably make it really hard and not understand the concept of easy or hard. They will go "insae frustrating" The graphics weren't that good either, sure they were simple and impactive as there was no considerable lag. The physics are way off, he slides too fast and runs way too fast. which makes it harder to get through small places where there are saws. All in all the game was nice but the levels were so freaking hard that I quit at level 3. The idea is slick but not developed completely yet.

As much as I loved the first one, this took on a great perspective of creativity. Do you have any other future plans to another Map Pack or is the franchise over and done with after the release of this one? Anyhow, fun creative maps, and a great game overall.
