Yeah, I was sick when I made it... I'm thinking of redo-ing it and I'm going to make everything faster paced and make it look better.

The .1's constant raspberry sound is very annoying and subtracts from the humor, rather than adding to it. Furthermore, the sarge's voice work just doesn't have the comedic timing to really sell the lines. These flaws hold back was it, admittedly, a very funny concept.
Visually, it would have been nice to see some more environment. Considering where the scene takes place I know that's a difficult idea, but as it is the animation just feels like it's floating in space.

As for the flash; Good story line but make the .1% do other stupid things instead of the same thing every time
