Isn't this the same as something you already submitted? Therefore you have put no work into it at all apart from a name which took what? 2 seconds? Please don't RESUBMIT flashes.

This is the same movie you already submit just with a slightly different name. Also you have to put a lot more effort in your work, mostly because this is sprite animation that makes no sense at all.
And don't ask people to be nice with you, if your work is good people will give good reviews, if it bad there is nothing we can do about.
