Flash is made in summer 2008 but there was a delay with the voice-act dialogues.

a bit short
and the explosions weren't animated and draw very good.
but i liked the experimental prisoner's shineyness and the soldiers running.
the audio was also pretty good (especially the radio-taling), but the animations weren't good enough for a higher vote.

i liked the flash and the plot was easy to follow. i also liked the music it went well for a, um, stick psycopath? a couple problems. things like the mouth didnt work i dont know what you were using to animate but they would look much better if the mouths were animated instead of just tweening them (well it lookd like tweening to me. :P) what do i know i havent even started animating hahaha.
i havent seen this series before ill go check out your other stuff.

Yes it was tweened and sorry, voice-acting is not my fault, there were some
mistakes by my Voice-actor. Anyway, lip sync is something i am not so good at.
I try to practise animating.
I think i will not continue the series soon...
just quite alright.
It just needs to run smoother and perhaps have a little more to it... other than that, it's alright.
