i dont think you should continue the genre
your flash kinda sucks. you should make an actual animation.
Ugly Joe is a badass superhero from the 1990's. This is the first episode in a long series of Ugly Joe movies that I intend to upload for your viewing pleasure (they get better, I promise).
Ugly Joe's flash movies are actually based on an imaginary comic book company I started in 1994 called "Schwa Studios". The studio's main franchise character, "Ugly Joe", was conceptualized and featured in over 100 comic shorts spanning over 6 notebooks (aka Fat Books).
Then, years later, when I got into Flash - I began to "convert" these penciled Ugly Joe comics to animated shorts. And years after that - present day - I've dug the Ugly Joe movies out of the catacombs of my hard drive to share here on Newgrounds.
Stay tuned for upcoming episodes, including "Episode #3 | Joe Meets Bo" and "Episode #4 | Joe Gets a Haircut".

Im not sure
Too short, no voices, could be a nice series, I think you should keep trying and improve your animation style.
Yeah some more features needed
Anyways, sometimes the story overcomes the video display, lets see how this develops, might turn into a great series to watch. And video quality be improved over time.
thoot
first the text was too small, some music from the very start would rock too.
way too short. As you go for converting from paper to flash try to update work quality
Just feels lacking
You have a decent character design and some good art skills, but you need to cover other areas. For instance - backgrounds and camera angles. The background is a white void and the camera never shifts to show somebody is talking. Take a cue from the comic book style you're going for and shift from panel to panel like a real comic book.
Next I would give some audio to the flash. Reading text near characters is nowhere near as interesting as hearing them talk. The dialogue didn't seem too bad, but it's better to hear it than read it. That's one of the good things about flash animation.
Finally, the content is really shallow. This meeting with the CEO type seems like a good introduction to a movie to showcase the main character's qualities. The sort of scene that would go right before an opening credit sequence. Having it be the entire movie is sort of a letdown, as it builds up to something next without going there.
Take this in mind and I would love to see where your character will go next. Nice to see someone with a clear direction for what they want their characters to do here on Newgrounds. Best of luck.
