Improve your drawings, improve sound, change the subject, and you could be good...

Kinda stupid.

Not so great. The artwork sucked, and the plot sucked. The spoof in general sucked. So sucky gets sucky scores. 5/10 2/5

In dire need of improvement

The first thing people will notice about this is the visuals. The characters are unattractive and seem inconsistent. Study how people look before trying to emulate them, or try to come up with a more stylized character approach.

The sound was also pretty bad. I couldn't understand a word anyone said; the only thing I really caught was that terrible scream effect used twice in the movie.

The Matrix boat has sailed - making fun of it or paying tribute to it now just seems so trite and overdone. Few people still care about the Matrix movies after the disappointment of the last two. I would try finding a more topical subject matter, or at least one people feel nostalgia for today, unlike the Matrix.

Don't give up altogether, but I recommend changing direction.
