This game was based on an old flash actionscript file that my friend found online. I looked at the code and liked the engine, for the past couple days i've been editing, rebuilding and reorganizing it. The only reason i posted online was to test the new and improved engine engine. The changes I made are as follows:
1. well.......made it a game (sort of)
2. added menu and "Instructions"
3. Increase growth rate of tree.
4. Changed layout
5. Made it so the tree will grow outside the frame
6. Changed the array of the "branches" so it will look more and grow like the maple trees in my backyard
7. added preloader/loader
8. Leaves start off small and grow bigger
PS: DON'T RATE HOW " THIS GAME IS LAME", " I SAW THIS TUTORIAL ON THE WEB", "YOU COPYING SOMEONE ELSES WORK", "FLAG THIS".
THIS GAME WAS BASED ON THAT TUTORIAL, I HAVE GREATLY IMPROVED IT'S ENGINE FROM SCRATCH. IF I MAKE "Grow A Tree 2", YOU WILL CRAP YOUR PANTS AND GO OUTSIDE AND PLANT AN ACORN.

Nature-inspiring
This game makes me wanna plant my own tree, and it reminds me of the big tree me and my family had in our front yard at our old house... and I can't really plant my tree, because we'll move again anyway. But enough about that, good game :)
(i think I'll go hug a tree...)
