three purely for the idea...
basically 3D was a good idea but it just didn't work well. Controlling the paddle was annoying.

Experience the classic pong in whole new dimension - full 3D graphic.
It is my first game i created using 3D engine, and also first that i am submitting to Newgrounds.
I hope you enjoy playing it as much as i did making it :) All comments and suggestions are welcome.

Pretty cool...
... but half of the time the padle gets stuck and I can't move until I've lost 1 or 2 lives. I like the 3D style though and the angles are awesome, if only I could win more often :D

I noticed it too - it is unfortunately a random bug, that comes probably form 3D engine.
I will try to fix it somehow, but i do not know if it is possible.

Nice twist.
I enjoyed the shift in camera angle as you moved the paddle and how the ball speed up over time. Thing is Pong is a very flat game. If you could add some more paddle control, make the board more spacious, and possibly even add different levels with the board containing hot spots and different terrains.
The game was nice but I'm sure if you add just a bit more to this old school classic it'll regain its old charm in this newer gaming era.

I had similar thoughts when i was working on it, but i decided to make this game quick and easy to create.
I thought it is better to put my effort into creating something new, than squeezing out good old pong ;)
I will probably do not get too much feed from players, but if more people will have opinion like yours, i will consider "polishing" this game and adding new fetures.

the game concept is great, I harly have seen a game like this.
the 3d movement was well made, but yes, the graphic should be improved a lil. and maybe you could add different colors to the pads.
plus the song is good, but maybe a different, chill one would be better to add a relaxing feel? ;)

I know that the graphic SHOULD be improved, but unfortunately i do not have a designer to help me.
I am fully a programer, and do not have talentfor createing a graphic :)
I also think, that more gentle tune would be better. But i did not found any suitable. Maybe i will find something better, and replace it.
