I've got a problem with it all
... second time you use a "sort" without selecting "Reset" it totally fails. Why is this? Can't be programmed very well, even for just that reason alone.
An interactive sorting algorithm visualiser.
FEATURES:
> Currently supports only BUBBLE SORT & INSERTION SORT.
> 3 speeds to choose from.
> User-friendly GUI.

Hahahah xD
First off, let me tell you I am a programmer myself, and I succesfully compiled sorting algorithms going from bubblesort to quicksort and mergesort. I started teaching myself C++ but now I study Java at the university.
Now, about this game, I hardly see it as a game, but I can understand why you posted it as one, since it's the only way to allow the user to interact with the interface. Secondly, it's a good implementation of both the sorting algorithms.
My advice would be to implement other sorting algorithms too, to give the user more choice, and then to upload the whole as a game named "sorting algorithms". But apart from that, this program isn't bad. It's a good program, good job programming!

Haha >_< pretty original
There's not a lot of stuff like that on Newgrounds! At least, it's original. In fact, I liked it: It was pretty fascinating watching these little sticks jump around in some complex scheme. My fav was the Insertion sort, no doubt!
