I have been lurking new grounds for about 6 months now. I never wanted to make an account, but after i saw this game, i knew that i had to make one. This game is one of those games that you basically cant let go of. It is also simple, and contains various levels and settings. Also the fact that a person shouldn't finish every single level to beat the game gave you a big plus. This game is very close to a game i have played before called Jumper 2. So if you are deciding to make a Meat Boy 2, take a look at jumper for some tips. But beware, that game is very addicting.
Ever played Super Mario: The Lost Levels?
This game blows it right out of the water. THE most cruel, punishing and unforgiving game I have ever played. Basically the gaming equivalent of self-harm.
Though that may not sound particularly positive, it is nevertheless a well constructed and generally fun game. The music is good and never gets too grating, and though the character images are simple they nevertheless serve to amuse.
Plus, once you have battled your way through the levels, you feel more than a little self-satisfied.
Evilly difficult, but rather a good game.
im going to give you 10/10 its a fun addicting game althought the controlls drove me insane i kept playing congrats
The most aerodynamic hunk of meat I'd ever seeing... It was ok and challenging. But the sensitive controls of the character made every wanted steady step off an edge, an inconvenient leap of faith. Good luck anyone getting past Hell, I could only accomplish 2 levels in there.
I only had the chance to get to level 2, and then I lost my patience. BEWARE THE SALT FACTORY!
The controls were fine with the right touch. It doesn't take much getting used to.
Suggestion: Add checkpoints about halfway through the really hard levels
Music was fine.
And the blood effects were cool. It would be nice if the blood splatter would pile up on ledges and stuff though.
