For being your first flash animation it wasn't that bad at all. I do agree that you need to work on the "funny" a bit more. Otherwise it's very good. ^^

Bleach Collab anyone?
The drawings where good...
But you need to focus more on the jokes...
I could tell you did try a little...
This made me want a Bleach Collab though...
Someone should organize one...

I seriously don't know what to say about this. There is no flow whatsoever. If it was supposed to be funny, it didn't make me laugh at all. I'm a big fan of Bleach and open to parodies, but that.... was crap. 2/10
It seemed lazy
The only really praiseworthy thing here was the drawings. But there were many things that seem like you took the "Easy route" or were too lazy to make better. For instance you re=used most of the images, and there was definitely an excessive use of the shape tween (which is rarely used in most high-quality animations, frame by frame doesn't look so unnatural).
There was some potential but the effort was not enough to really pull it off.
