Karoshi:Suicide Salaryman

"Karoshi" is a Japanese word and means "death by overwork". In this game many things are not what you'd expect and the goal of each level is counter-intuitive: you need to die.

Each stage presents a new challenge. There are several objects you can use to solve puzzles, and in later levels the game will even break it's own rules to surprise you.

50 clever levels and a boss fight at the end. We hope you have fun (killing yourself)!

If you have played the Game Maker version, YES this is an official Flash version!

The game is really awesome, I also liked how you had to think outside the box. 9!

lvl 7

what do u do on lvl 7

Way to add depth to a old template. This game used a very simple concept(kill yourself in a 2d environment) and forced the player to really stretch their head on some of the puzzles. I kinda wish you'd add a second difficulty with some more strenuous challenges. When it comes down to it, this game kept me entertained for 50 lvls, and that is what its all about.

ps. 9/10 because I don't know why my Salaryman has to die, perhaps an intro or something to add a bit of composition.

Simply awesome

A very simple game, but awesome nonetheless. The graphics are crisp and clean, but also very simple, as is the music. The gameplay, however, is awesome. The puzzles generally have somewhat simple solutions, but are nonetheless still maddeningly difficult sometimes. The only real problem I had with the game was the control system...the character moves around so fast that it was very easy to accidentally run off of ledges and it was very difficult to time some of the gunshots. Otherwise, though, a terrific game.

9 - Highly recommended
